What that means is when the summer is coming to an end and the stores are marking down clothes, shoes, accessories to 75-90% off, BUY THEM! #1 we don’t pay full price and number 2, you know your child will be the next size up or even 2 sizes so just grab those clothes at $1 and stash away for next season!
